Thistlemilk Press selectively publishes 0-3 books a year. With that in mind, you can email us your finished manuscript with your patience and understanding if we don't get back to you right away.
transparency
We are not-for-profit, which means the only goal we have is to break even and continue affording materials to make new books. When you buy a chapbook from us, a portion of your money covers labor/book making costs and the rest goes to the author.
shipping
Orders are shipped every other Monday after payment is received, with the exception of preorders which will be shipped the business day before the release date. All books are shipped in standard padded mailers and sent by USPS Media Mail with tracking.
returns
All purchases are final, we cannot offer refunds, but please email us if you have any questions or issues with your order. We'll do our best to make it right.
loss/theft
We usually cannot offer replacement copies in case of theft or loss as the materials used to create our chapbooks are bought for the limited number of copies in mind. Tracking numbers are provided with each order so you can know when it will be arriving and plan accordingly.
print runs & editions
Chapbooks are usually printed in editions of 25-60 copies.
If you are interested in buying in bulk, this can be arranged ahead of time by email.
